The Bread Loaf School of English, 1928.

Well illustrated with original photographs, this early prospectus, “Ninth Session of the Bread Loaf School of English,” outlines the educational program founded in 1920. The prospectus notes that visiting lecturers included Robert Frost, Dorothy Canfield Fisher, Allan Nevins, and provides information on eighteen courses of instruction with their respective instructors. A full schedule is included, and towards the end it notes that following the regular session, the “third session of the Bread Loaf Conference on Creative Writing” would commence. Quite scarce. Not separately recorded in OCLC and possibly included within OCLC 842392659, which notes two locations: University of Illinois and University of Vermont.
