Personnel Selection and Training in the FBI.

Rather scarce illustrated text aimed at those interested in joining the Federal Bureau of Investigation or knowing more of it. Illustrations show agents-in-training throwing one another around, honing their skills at staged crime scenes, firing a Tommy machine gun from a moving vehicle, analyzing evidence, etc. One rather unsettling image shows a toy play town, a mock up, with the caption “Raid Problem Suburban Estate presented in FBI Academy” gives a sense of what J. Edgar Hoover and his cohorts were planning for ca. 1940.
