First edition. A collection of poetry by this Atlanta native who studied at Lincoln University and was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1971. Neal authored Black Boogaloo (also poems) and his poems have been published in numerous African American poetry anthologies. He co-edited with Imamu Baraka the anthology Black Fire.
