A good solid copy of this scarce cookbook from High Point, North Carolina with recipes from the women of the local Quaker community. There are numerous local city advertisements, some illustrated, and a folding color plate advertising Swans Down Cake Flour from Igleheart Brothers of Evansville, Indiana. The book’s original owner has handwritten some recipes within.
