First edition. Inscribed by the author, an excellent copy of this scarce and privately printed biography. A Michigan-native and college-educated, Libbie Cilley Griffin served as a missionary in India for over fifteen years. The author was the subject’s husband where the two met at the local college in Hillsdale, Michigan. Proceeds from book’s sale benefited a memorial alcove to be established in the library of Keuka Park College in New York.
