Twenty-sixth Volume, complete, of the Journal of Negro History, published by the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History (ASNLH). The Journal was co-founded by Black bibliophile Jesse E. Moorland and Carter G. Woodson, the “Father of Black History,” both men founders of Negro History Week, now celebrated as Black History Month. Authors seen in this volume include Harold T. Pinckett, Ralph J. Bunche, Robert P.Ludlum, Charles A. Earp, E. Horace Fitchett, and Herbert Aptheker.
