Legal draft, not completed in full at the time it was written, concerning three Spaulding men of Massachusetts and their plans to erect a sawmill on lands in Brookline and Milford. Abel Spaulding and Joseph Spaulding were both from Pepperrel and Zebulon Spaulding hailed from Cork. The Agreement goes into detail describing each man’s responsibilities and rights per the sawmill, flooding of lands, indemnifications, recourse for damages done and so forth.
