Rare and unrecorded war-time pictorial souvenir published for a five-day anniversary celebration held at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, an African American congregation in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In addition to containing a program of the days’ events—which included a mortgage burning banquet, the booklet lauds the church’s pastor, Rev. J.C. Clark, and contains a substantial pictorial record of the congregation.

Includes numerous portraits of church leaders and group photographs of the church’s Deacons, Sister Deacons, Trustee Board, Pastor’s Aid, Church Workers, Senior Choir, Junior Choir, Junior Usher Board, Rally Group, Sunday School, Good Samaritan Club, Ladies Auxiliary, Trustee Aid, and Missionary Circle, the latter four groups all women.
