Advertising vehicle, date 1939, for this San Antonio fixture located on Houston Street. An inset map shows buildings and points of interests. Two curious poems “Hell in Texas” and “Texas a Paradise” are printed in single columns adjacent to each other. Gifts and souvenir suggestions included a mounted life size armadillo, rattlesnake purses, ties, and hatbands, Navajo silver, and numerous Mexican-themed and designed products.
