“You can be certain your calendar will make money if you choose an Osborne Art Calendar for 1915”

Publisher’s sample / advertising prospectus for art calendars published by The Osborne Company of Newark, New Jersey.  As a selling point to those who would buy their calendars as advertising pieces, Osborne’s wall calendars included tipped on color illustration plates on every leaf.  These attractive designs—beautiful women with flowers, children, or dogs plus hunting scenes or views in nature—are based on watercolor paintings: “If your calendar goes into the waste basket, it COSTS you money. If it goes to the wall, it MAKES you money.”

In remarkable condition.
