The well-illustrated booklet includes railroad car diagrams and views of historic and cultural sites (both half tones and photogravures), plus fold-out tables of railroad passenger fares and traveling distances, and a fold-out color map of the Imperial Government Railways.
Rubber stamping on the back cover reads: “With Compliments of Japan Tourist Bureau, Japanese Pavilion, Panama-Pacific Exposition Grounds, San Francisco.”
