Samuel Morris. A Spirit-Filled Life.

Liberian prince, educated in America, returns to Africa becoming an influential missionary

Religious biography of Liberian Prince and evangelical preacher, Samuel Kaboo Morris (1873–1893). Morris emigrated to the United States and, because of his gift of preaching, was sponsored as a student at Taylor University in Indiana, an evangelical Christian college.

Morris returned to Africa as a missionary, but died soon after of pneumonia. This biographical pamphlet relates his life story according to memoirs by two American evangelists, Stephen Merritt and T.C. Reade. Though dying at the age of 20, Morris had a profound effect as a preacher and missionary; his life story inspired novels, films, and numerous biographies.
